weak water pressurenoticeable street noise
Unfortunately, the room felt quite cramped. Maneuvering around the bed was difficult. I also had trouble with the shower. The water pressure was weak. It made rinsing off soap a real challenge. Plus, there was noticeable noise from the street.

The noise from the street was annoying. i shut the windows but it did not block the sound. also, the provided toiletries were minimal. Just a small bar of soap and a tiny shampoo bottle. i expect more from a hotel at this price point.

My room was very clean and tidy. It had everything i needed. the room included lovely extra touches like both still and sparkling water. the bedding and towels were immaculate and of good quality. i really appreciated the selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.
The staff wasn't very friendly except for those who welcomed us and showed us to the room. It should be better. people should be aware that the rooms at the top of the building are quite inaccessible if you're not fit or have heavy luggage
